The state is broke and we want to waste money on this. Nice job Hinchey!!!!! The state tax money is out of our pockets too. If all the politicians woul stop and think. Stop spending on dumb things. I mean this round about would be nice but we dont have the money. Things like this need to be cut out so taxes can stop being raised.
