Important Traffic Information: Broadway, Grand Street and Prince Street Kingston, NY

Due to a large sewer replacement/separation project, traffic patterns have been altered on Broadway, Grand Street and Prince Street. This includes some areas of Broadway in which traffic is limited to one lane in each direction. This project is necessary to replace 200 feet of sanitary sewer beneath Broadway and 1100 feet of sanitary sewer beneath Grand St. that were in imminent risk of collapsing, as well as to separate storm and sewer sewerage. Impacts to Broadway traffic patterns are expected to last about 4 weeks; traffic impacts to Grand Street and Prince Street are expected to last an additional 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this project and look forward to continuing to upgrade and improve our infrastructure. from City of Kingston facebook page
