The Daily Freeman reports that: City Engineering Technician Alan Adin said the proposal for the City Hall tower work is to have C.T. Male of Albany conduct a preliminary structural study of the tower. The cost for the study is expected to be $6,900.Adin explained water is getting into the tower and weakening the bricks.
