This part of City hall is closed off to the general public..

The Daily Freeman reports that: City Engineering Technician Alan Adin said the proposal for the City Hall tower work is to have C.T. Male of Albany conduct a preliminary structural study of the tower. The cost for the study is expected to be $6,900.

Adin explained water is getting into the tower and weakening the bricks. He said that work needs to be done to shore up the bricks, but the tower is not in danger of imminent collapse. read news article @ DailyFreeman.com - Funding for three Kingston projects gets look
