As there was no quorum, I went outside to take a walk and to help the cleaner pickup the trash in front of City hall.

Clark-

Could you please foil or otherwise get a copy of the audio of the meeting and post it? Even if there is no video, it would tell quite a story. Also I'd be interested in your comments on what happened.

You seem to have your own personal agenda and it's not to represent the citizens of the public access viewing area. What does this accomplish posting negativity and attracting attention to a commission which has been viewed as dysfunctional in the past? This commission could do great things for the community and was on its way to doing just that. You don't help matters. You seem to think this unfortunate encounter is relevant but as a commissioner you should cease any further reporting and focus on more important issues. It's not your job as a commissioner to report and if you believe you should and can, then step down as commissioner. As you stated, there was no quorum, thus no meeting to report. You have stirred a hornet's nest and should know better. Obviously, you don’t.

In 2008: The Kpa received a grant funded webcasting equipment (mac book, canon camcorder mic & tripod (the mac on the table) Kpa Chair uses this device for the minutes (audio) of the meeting.

The KPA has been and always will be a joke. What a huge and embarassing failure. Grow up little children!

No wonder nobody takes KPA seriously.

Clark should take over KPA and clean house!

12:16pm--Don't even go there...You can't be serious. Producers should be banned from appointments as commissioners because of potential conflicts of interest. And as 2:50 pm states, commissioners should not be reporting on blogs and u-tube about what transpired at a non-meeting.

Anonymous. 5/15/2011 09:49:00 AM Are you suggesting that I should step down as commissioner? Just because I'm a Blogger and a Youtuber...

If you re-read 2:50 pm posting, you will answer your own question. You can't have it both ways to suit your own personal agenda. And I have listened to your you-tube posting over and over. First, you post that it is Simek and DiFalco in verbal encounter; voices are not identified but sure is not the two of them. You have posted inaccurately. Second, you were asked to turn off your video camera/recorder and you quite clearly said "no" so there again, you have your own agenda for being on the commission.

5/15/2011 02:08:00 PM Again. I will foil a copy of the audio of the meeting and post it.

Legislation now confirms that anyone may record open meetings, so long as use of the recording device is not disruptive or obtrusive. Effective April 2011, public bodies will be required to allow meetings to be photographed, broadcast, webcast or otherwise recorded and/or transmitted to those not present. And that's where there is a fine line between being a member of the public and sitting as a commissioner. You can't do and be both. As well as the fact that the meeting was technically adjourned so you can quote all you want from the new legislation. In a few days no one, except you, will give a rat's ass about what happened. Move on to reporting this week's soap operas. Plenty out there to keep you busy.

07:14:00 PM The weekly soap operas are copyrighted... so let's put that one to rest for now.

As always... I will be attending the Committee Laws and Rules Meeting on Monday.

Since the entire matter was not recorded, but you were a witness, tell us what was said.

12:46:00 PM Sorry, I can't do that. Tomorrow. I will file the foil for an (audio) copy of the meeting..
