John Simek - Candidate for Kingston Common Council Ward 9
Simek, currently serves as Chairman on the Kingston Public Access Commission.
In 1995 The Kingston Common Council passed a resolution (#236 of 1995) which says that no one who is running for or holds a public office can serve on the KPA board.
