(Spectrum) 10 year contract Expired in 20!6 Speakers Mayor Steve Noble and Clark Richters - Former Film/Producer at Channel 23 which serves City of Kingston, Town of Kingston, Ulster, Rosendale, Hurley, Marbletown. currently PEG Channel is now under Esopus Community TV 23 in Town of Esopus, New York.
